Shipping policy

Where we ship from

We ship from warehouses in the United States, the United Kingdom and the European Union. Certain Dust & Grooves books also ship from Australia; all other orders to Australia ship from the United States. Your order goes to the warehouse closest to you that has your items in stock. Orders to the rest of the world ship from the United States.

Shipping rates

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your address, the items in your cart and the shipping method you choose. Our books are big and heavy, so we pack them in sturdy, protective mailers. If a free shipping offer applies to your order, you'll see it at checkout.

Processing and delivery

We ship orders as quickly as we can, usually within a few business days. When your order ships, we'll email you a tracking link. Delivery times depend on the carrier and your destination.

Orders that ship in more than one package

If your order includes items held in different places, they may arrive separately. Apparel is printed to order and always ships on its own.

Customs, duties and VAT

Because we ship from local warehouses in the US, UK, EU and Australia, most customers in those regions won't pay customs duties or import fees on delivery. Orders that cross a border, including all orders to the rest of the world, may be charged import duties, taxes or fees by the destination country. These are the customer's responsibility.

Your address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can't be responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address entered at checkout.

Damaged or missing packages

If your package arrives damaged or doesn't arrive, email us at hq@dustandgrooves.com with your order number and we'll make it right. See our return and refund policy for details.
